* Personal and Contact Details: Your name, phone number, and email address, used for appointment confirmations, reminders, and client communication.
* Service and Product History: A detailed record of the services you have received and products you have purchased. This allows our stylists to provide a consistent and personalized experience on every visit.
* Styling Notes: Your stylist may add private, professional notes regarding your preferences, allergies, or any specific details relevant to your service. This information is key to ensuring your safety and satisfaction.
* Payment Details: Phorest handles payment processing securely. We do not store your full credit card details on our system.Unless instructed by you (the client)

We use the Phorest system to manage and access your information for the sole purpose of providing you with the highest quality, personalized styling service. This data allows our stylists to prepare for your appointment, recall your preferences, and deliver a professional experience every time you visit.
